Work through the parts in order: Part 1 covers basic forms, and Parts 2–4 add replacement forms, tenses, questions, commands and a text in context. Typical errors targeted are the invented form 'seie', umlauts carried over from the indicative (er fährt → *fähre), the wrong auxiliary in the past (*habe gefahren), and keeping Konjunktiv I where it looks like the indicative (sie haben → hätten). Other targets are main-clause word order after ob or a question word, and losing the command when reporting imperatives. As a follow-up, students can rewrite a short interview as a news report and mark every verb in the Konjunktiv.
