Notes for teachers
Use the full test under exam conditions (about 60 minutes). A score of 40/50 or more suggests the learner is secure at B2; 30-39 indicates B2 is still developing, and below 30 suggests consolidating B1 first. The items target typical B2 errors: Konjunktiv II in the past, passive with modal verbs, preposition choice with verbs and relative pronouns, and Anglicisms such as 'eine Entscheidung machen'. For follow-up, go through Part 3 errors one by one and have learners write their own example sentences.
