Notes for teachers
Use the test as a placement check. A score of about 40/50 or higher suggests the learner is secure at B2, and 30–39 suggests B2 is in progress. The items target common errors: indicative instead of subjunctive, 'si' clauses with the wrong tense, past participle agreement, 'qu'est-ce que' in indirect questions, and confusing connectors. As follow-up, have learners correct their wrong answers and use the target structures in short written texts of their own.
