Notas para el profesor

Empiece dibujando tres líneas temporales en la pizarra con ayuda de la clase: presente (wish + pasado simple/could), pasado (wish + pasado perfecto) y hábitos molestos (wish + would). Entre los errores más frecuentes están usar tiempos presentes después de wish, usar would con el sujeto I (I wish I would…) y emplear el pasado simple en lugar del pasado perfecto para expresar arrepentimientos del pasado. Conviene aclarar que tras I/he/she se aceptan tanto were como was, aunque were es más formal. Como actividad de ampliación, pida a los alumnos que escriban cinco deseos y arrepentimientos personales y que los compartan por parejas.
